Review Time
Horrible service. I’ve been waiting for my order for over two weeks now, and this is urgent because it’s food for my pet. I’ve been told five times that it would arrive “tomorrow,” yet nothing has come. When I called yesterday, I was informed that my order was mistakenly sent to a different city and delayed due to a snowstorm (which I understand). However, I was assured it would arrive today—and it still hasn’t. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam and whether I’ll ever receive my order. I will definitely never use this webshop again for any future purchases.
Everything was great and it was very nice to be able to follow the delivery and even a possibility to contact the driver if needed.The planned schedule could not be held, but since it was the last day before Christmas the slip was acceptable esp because one could monitor the delay on the map.
Time was change three times. I wrote a message to the drive. Leave the wine inside behinde the white front door as it is always open. He left it outside so that everybody could take it. It was standing outside from 11:00-15:00 that is just not ok. Luckely this is Gentofte otherwise the wine would have been stolen
There was a problem with the delivery,I finally got my parcel but delayed by quite a bit of time since I always have a lot of things to do it was inconvenient . We finally succeeded in getting my parcel here and the company apologised profusely which I apricate but at this point in time. I can only give one star. To get more stars, things will have to improve markedly.
