Within one hour i know why Asus is so annoying to so many people. The customer service chat is a kindergarten. Either they don´t understand, they don`t reply or you don`t understand them because they don`t speak your language properly. They can`t give information, don`t know or just give preset answers. What is wrong with this company? Put some of the money you use for ads into your customer service.UPDATE: Just had a phone call after going crazy with the lame and clueless chat customer service. The man on the phone didn`t listen properly and just talked about the info he wanted to give out. I am asking: Where in your shop can i set the feature and technical stuff i want in a laptop like i5 or i7....he rants about the technical info about the processors. HELLO? Listen for god´s sake. What is wrong with Asus? Especially Germany Asus, germans don´t do such sloppy jobs why is the customer service so bad?
