On November 12 I manage to buy a 3080 TUF OC from their website. The same evening I receive emails with a tracking code for the shipment. On November 13th I notice that the shipment was not delivered on the DHL website as there was no data necessary for delivery. I decide to contact DHL and they tell me that the sender has not indicated a name or address and they tell me to contact the sender. Before doing this, I check if there are any errors in my client area, but there were none. I also check the invoice issued by ASUS and the data is correct there too. I decide to contact customer service via email, facebook, instagram and by phone. They always reply that "they have forwarded the request and will update me". In a week they solved nothing at all! The package went around Germany empty and returned to ASUS, which it never sent back. I contacted them for clarification and they told me that they would fill in the correct data and make the shipment again. After almost three days they didn't ship and I decided to open a paypal dispute and, only after this, they refunded me. ASUS truly PAINFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE EQUAL TO 0!Sure, I provide it. The order number is 45841. The fact remains that in any case I was able to obtain 1 unit of a product at the time of extremely difficult availability and I was unable to obtain it. And not my mistake!
