I also bought my domain through them for $1800, yet they will not release the account login for me to manage my own domain. Recently, they contacted me with alarming news about a supposed malicious attack on the server affecting my site, demanding nearly $2000 for various documents to prove compliance and ownership of a new domain to restore my site. I declined to pay and was informed that they would not release anything until I paid the $2000. This service has shown fraudulent behavior, and their listed address is not legitimate. They have used similar tactics on other clients. Be cautious of their representatives.
