There appeared to be many challenges with other departments and with several of the product versus pricing points. Rob was very consistent and committed in making sure that I was pleased with my product with the outcome of my website, he lives very carefully when I had my concerns about how I was being charged for additional services that were promised and purchase, he was very responsive to any concerns that I raise. As a customer, I had many had many concerns with the company as a whole with regards to what is initially promised in the packages that are offered versus what you actually get. However, Rob has been exceptional and provided great customer service and was simply exceptional. He would be the ONLY reason I would refer this company to several of my friends and associates who are currently seeking website building services. My experience has been throughout the month of April during my website build.
