Throughout, the team kept us well updated on the progress. However, the highest commendation goes to the surveyor for his meticulous approach, attention to detail, and professionalism. He pinpointed critical issues and subtle gaps in the property that we would have never noticed ourselves. He took the time to clarify each point patiently in two follow-up calls. Although they were quite busy, taking about two weeks to schedule the survey, the report was made available to us within two working days, followed by a call within another two days—overall, everything was wrapped up in a week.
