Normally, we rarely run into problems with the Wordpress plugins we choose because they tend to be solid ones. Most of the time when we do hit a problem, it's to do with initial set up, as was the case with the Packing slip and Invoice plugin. A few back and forth exchanges with Mark at WebToffee got us past our issue and I don't expect to need their help again.
