Unfortunately, plugin "smart coupons" doesn't work properly. It cause weird, not controlled bugs like it was written by junior developers. We had problem with BOGO discount, randomly for some reasons it stopped working and didn't count the promotion. Also, we had problems with disappearing items from cart. We also have read a lot of similar threats on wordpress site. I don't recommend to use this plugin, specially for big ecommerce because it works so randomly.
