This has happened to me before, and it seems there are dishonest individuals working for them who take phones and file false claims with the postal service. I sent a high-value device, and now they say I might receive a small amount as compensation if the claim goes through. It's hard to believe postal workers would risk their jobs by stealing just one phone. I have lost all trust in this fraudulent company that seems to be taking advantage of people. It's disheartening, and I've seen other customers with similar complaints. This company is engaging in dishonest practices, even at the expense of the postal service for insurance claims. Shame on them.
