The staff were really friendly and very helpful. We went to find a prom dress for my daughter and they made her feel really welcome. I think it was the manager who dealt with us, and we honestly could not fault her. She gave good advice on dress styles. My daughter got a little overwhelmed but the manager soon helped her out.
None of the staff pressured us at all. I would definitely recommend this business. Thank you for making our prom dress shopping experience a good one.
My bridal party and I had a very unsatisfactory experience while shopping at the store in Stockport last week. We were not greeted warmly, despite our attempts to be polite and engage in conversation with the host, who was quite rude and generally unpleasant. The selection of dresses was extremely limited, primarily catering to larger sizes, which left the petite individuals in our group with very few options. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and uninviting, and we felt unwelcome due to the host's demeanor.

The consultant inquired about my preferences and took the initiative to find another dress for me. When I tried it on, I was thoroughly impressed – everything was lovely. As someone who can be quite selective, I wasn't expecting to make a purchase on my first dress shopping experience, but I ended up buying the dress she chose. Her friendly demeanor made me feel at ease, especially as I struggle with anxiety. Highly recommend this place!
