Scammers and fake reviews. I got scammed 100% I was told on the phone by Rory that the my payment is for the first 3 months + deposit and of course this was said over the phone. He obviously sounded genuine. Which was not the case when I wanted to cancel. Very short and didn't care what so ever that the money that they took from my account ( I was never told they saved my details either) more scams! Rory then said because I signed their contract. Nothing they he could do. He then tried to make it out he was doing me a favor by "terminating" my contract. BS, if I don't want to continue paying for something I don't have to and can cancel! Same with your internet contract! Now they won't refund even though I was told my contract is terminated..wheres my money then? They will be in touch with Phoenix law very soon!
