We've cancelled our subscription and have reached out numerous times for this scam of a business to stop charging our account. We've kept money from the account just because they won't stop, and they've tried to pull money from that same account over 8 times unsuccessfully. We'll not use them again.
Edit- I think it's rich you people can reach out after I had already threatened to come to TrustPilot to leave a review. You couldn't respond after multiple emails, messages on your social media, reviews on your social media. I have an email confirming my cancellation and a reply from you and you STILL keep trying to charge my account. If I have to cancel a bank card because of you, I'm going to be livid.
