WeFunder has outstanding customer support. They are prompt and friendly in their communications, and seem to be genuinely working to resolve issues. They also make it easier for small and non US resident investors to sign up than than other sites do. When I started investing with them over a year ago, their minimum amount was the lowest I could find and when I read that they had a big role in getting the law changed so that non angel investors could invest in start ups, I felt that their values could align with mine. I invested more and faster than I planned to, because of the quality of the offerings and have more investments pending. I have no regrets.
