They promise to evaluate cases for free, but instead they use automated sorting. If the program determines the scientific merits are insufficient, it returns an error message instead of explaining what's wrong with the case. The applicant wastes time rechecking the application and internet connection and doesn't understand that he was simply rejected. In my opinion, this is not a fair approach. It is impolite and says a lot. The company doesn't actually evaluate cases and doesn't try to help each applicant, but simply filters out candidates with initially high chances.
