I tried to cancel an order I made in error and now the company is fighting processing of the credit card refund even though the merchandise (sofa) never shipped! They keep delaying asking if I want to buy something else, and after days of telling them NO, please issue the refund, they agree - but then don't actually process the refund. The bank shows no refund issued by Welaxhome! The company is based in China and I get heavy vibes they are a dishonest merchant! Now I have to go through the trouble of filing a formal claim with my bank. Avoid Welaxhome at all costs.
