I placed an order that seemed to take forever to get to me. When I wrote the company asking how long the shipping would take, Michelle told me I should have received it thru USPS already, but they would rectify the situation. And she did! Keeping me apprised by email every step of the way, she had another order sent out; they arrived yesterday and the jewelry I was waiting for is beautiful! In fact, I was able to wear one pair of earrings last nite to a Friendsgiving dinner, and they were stunning! I received so many compliments! So although it started out as frustrating with the package being lost in the mail, the care that Michelle took in rectifying the situation turned the whole thing around into a 5-star experience.
