Don't be fooled by their slick social media. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid ~130 euro for a pair of jeans and 4-5 day shipping - however, 2 weeks passed with no order and no communication from the company. I had to chase them to be told they had an "unforeseen issue" and would ship my order that week with "express shipping" - however, a further week later and I still had not received my order and had to chase them up again, only to be told that my order was then "shipping tomorrow".I have had to go through my credit card company for a refund as I have no confidence whatsoever in this awful company. I wish I had never bothered with them and would advise anyone not to waste their time, money or energy on this awful place - worst customer service you can imagine.I'd be amazed if the whole thing wasn't a scam.
