*Avoid at all costs*Turned up 1.5 hours late. Didn’t communicate accurate booking length (Confirmation email said 12-17:00, but the two cleaners - one of whom was the other cleaner’s kid - did 2.5 hours each). Poor job done - booked clean after getting laminate put down, and there was still dust and shavings everywhere. Charged £20 extra for their own supplies used (even though full products requested by company were provided). When contacted, company were pushy about payment and basically used the fact my mother in a panic cleaned the place for us to say we “didn’t have a leg to stand on”.£120 (plus £50 booking fee) down the pan for a dreadful job.
