My neighbour(I have his permission) recently bereaved employed well polished Swansea to give his home a good clean. He asked particularly that the kitchen be given the most attention has it had become covered in nicotine from his deceased partners smoking. The cleaner came in on a Friday and spent 4 hours in the home. My neighbour asked my opinion of the work done. On inspection I proved to him that basically nothing had been done, and to cancel a further visit for Monday (which he did). My wife and I spent 3 hours cleaning the kitchen, and even things that didn't need moving were covered in grime and nicotine.Even counter surfaces had not been cleaned. The conservatory had had a wipe but not to my standards. The lounge had had a quick flick of the duster and the large rug had just been swept around.On lifting the rug we found it to be filthy and untouched. We spent a further 3 hours the next day on the downstairs toilet and the bathroom. I was appalled to hear what this company had charged for basically pretending to clean. We didn't take any payment for our work and we had been thorough even though we are both in our 70's
