This seller specializes in children's footwear, but the quality and service have been very disappointing. The first pair of school shoes, which cost over $300, needed to be replaced after just three weeks of use. We then ordered a second pair in September for more than $600. When I called to inquire, the representative on the phone was quite rude and simply stated that orders could take up to eight weeks. Two months later, the package finally arrived—only to have the wrong shoes inside. When I reached out again, they said they would 'check with the supplier' and provided no solution, no apology, and no urgency. Now, as the school term nears its end, my child still doesn't have the correct shoes. Poor products and even worse customer service. I cannot recommend this seller to anyone.
