I placed an order during Black Friday (buy one, get two free) to test the product. I did not subscribe to any monthly plan. However, I have been receiving a product every month and being charged the full price, even though my account shows no active subscription. I have requested: (1) cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my account, (2) an immediate stop to all future shipments and charges, and (3) a refund of the charges already taken. I am currently awaiting their response.As for the product itself, I tested it for several days and did not notice any improvement in my condition. The taste is okay, nothing special, and the claimed effects are not verified (at least in my experience).
