Wellfaractive were great. I ordered shorts and a vest top. The shorts arrived promptly, fit well and tick all the boxes. There was a delay with the best top. Sarah contacted me to explain and apologise and insisted on returning the price of the vest to me. She said she would send it when it was ready anyway. It turned up this week - which was a lovely surprise and is fabulous. Fits and feels great. But more than that Sarah was completely transparent and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will shop with them again.
