After receiving my first shipment, I wasn't sure exactly how much I was too inject. I just had a little bit of trouble with the math of things. I'm not sure why, because I am in the medical field and I do this kind of thing everyday. Maybe because it was going to be used on myself. Anyway make a long story short, I reached out to the company for help. I left a brief voicemail with my telephone number, and quite frankly didn't think I would hear back at least for a day, if I did it all. Boy was I wrong! Manny called me back within 10 minutes! He was helpful, he was courteous, and I could tell he cared about me, even though he had never met me. He took the time to explain everything. Manny is stellar. I can only imagine how this industry has been growing in the last few months, and I'm sure Manny has lots of work to do, but he took time out of his busy day to make sure that I was totally happy and totally comfortable with the medicine.
