Be sure you want to proceed and verify refund policy. I was doing my research on GLP-1 treatments. With all the advertisements that are out there it is hard not to consider but I was nervous. I spoke with my personal doctor and he informed me that if I started taking something it is a life time commitment, if you go off the medication you will gain the weight back. My insurance would not cover it for weight loss so I started looking at other companies. Wellmedr was the only company that i found had a set price monthly with no membership fee. They responded within hours of text, email, or chat and where happy to answer any questions. I stated my concern regarding cost as once you start the medication you are on it for life. I was told about their 90 day money back guarantee. What they didn't tell you was that if you cancel the order before it even ships they won't give you back the money. While they were quick to respond to my request to cancel asking why when I stated that I didn't believe that injections would be a good fit for me and the product had not shipped so I didn't see the issue I no longer heard back from them. I had made sure to not only cancel via the support email, but also on the chats I had with a repetitive and the portal. I believe that any reasonable company would have been able to cancel and return the money with no issue. Instead this company stopped communicating. My email to support was at 12:09 requesting cancellation. Manny emailed back at 2:14 asking for a reason and "I'd like to see if there's anything we can assist with...". 2:18 I expressed how helpful they were but after more thought I didn't feel that injection is a good option for me. Interestingly enough after I sent the email about the product not being shipped and requesting a refund I get an email with tracking. My review is not a one star because the company was friendly and responsive. It was only when I changed by mind that they no longer responded. If you are on the fence about starting a treatment make sure you understand what their 90 day money back means. When they give you that as an answer to calm your worries do not take that as a no risk comment because it is not. Update: I have reached out to support and as stated in my first response after the first email asking why I cancelled I have not heard back.
