I had a concern about something that wasn't actually a problem (medicine arrived at room temp; I thought it was supposed to be kept cold--but turns out that's only once it's been opened/used), but wellmedr customer service got back to me immediately, explained the above and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered and everything was good. I very much appreciate how available they were!
