This whole company is such a joke. I have had such a disappointing experience with them. They send you medication with very vague instructions and the app is so awful. It has nothing to do with your individual treatment plan. It's very hard to get a hold of anybody. They never answer the phone and it's just one person replying from a customer service email- and that's only about a fraction of the time that you try to contact them. I feel so very defeated for trying to get a good deal on GLP-1s after my insurance stopped covering them. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
