Fed Ex caused my problem. Their delay took 6 days to ship my first order of Zepbound arriving at 5pm March 5th. WellMedR had shipped it immediately after my order February 27th on two day shipping. They did everything right.It arrived warm because the ice pak WellMedR included had long ago gotten warm. I contacted support and they called me and texted me apologizing and sent me a new shipment immediately at no cost. I have to say their customer service is excellent. Manny is extremely responsive and committed to customer satisfaction.
