I placed an order and paid through a payment service. Later, I found out that their ordering process had set up automatic payments from my account. Months later, they contacted me about a credit on my account. When I attempted to check it, I unintentionally ordered an item and was charged without my consent. I quickly reached out to them to cancel the order, but I received a reply saying it had already been shipped, so cancellation was not possible. The payment service couldn't reverse the charge since I had unknowingly signed up for automatic payments. I feel misled and scammed. I would advise against using this service.
