This experience was a complete disappointment. Like many others, I ordered one knee brace for a specific price and ended up being charged for additional items I did not request. Customer service claimed they couldn't issue a refund since the order had already shipped, even though I contacted them just minutes after realizing the mistake. I’ve had to escalate this issue with my bank. This service is nothing but a scam; please do not use it.
