What a joke! I had a prescription transferred to the pharmacy WellRX gave the best deal. When o picked up the prescription the pharmacy’s price was 4 times more than the coupon indicated. I called WellRX to find out the problem. After many accusations about the pharmacy putting the numbers incorrectly, told they can’t talk to me because it wasn’t my prescription, needing to talk to the pharmacist to finally decide the problem was the pharmacy didn’t order the correct manufacturer number. It was off by one number. The pharmacy told the representative that particular inhaler was on back order and they had no way of getting that one. The pharmacy also told the representative there was no number listed when they ordered the prescription stating that it had to be that number. I am now waiting for a call from someone else at WellRX and still without my medication. It also seems from their response that they can’t even read a negative review correctly. In what way is this a problem with the pharmacy?
