I have been trying to attach my bank to a couple of my bills so it can just be taken out. Im able to log into the account but then it says I have no online access. I was told to update my information at the atm. I did it several times.I was told by one rep that my phone number wasn't eligible 🤦🏽♀️. How is that? I was told my account would be fixed in 3 days but it was never fixed. I called and reached out for weeks. Im really looking for another bank because this is unacceptable. All I did was change my number. They told me it had to be my phone but how when I had this phone for years. My mom has the same phone as she has no problems at all.
