I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I was overcharged for services and when I contacted customer support to request a refund, my request was denied.The app is misleading when it comes to payment expectations. The way pricing and charges are presented is not clear, and I did not feel properly informed about what I was agreeing to pay. It feels like the focus is more on extracting money than providing transparent, trustworthy service.I would strongly caution others to read all payment terms very carefully before signing up. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this app.
