A friendly efficient (maybe too efficient) 5-star road-team let down by a 2-star off-road Jay-bird. The road team are efficient and very helpful, maybe too efficient, while back in the office 'Jay' undermines both customer confidence and service by running an 'insurance' racket, pressuring customers to speculate and 'insure' against speculative 'events.' The road team offer to return and remove the packing boxes but Jay refuses to fulfil their inconvenient business' promises. WlR claims their Services "save the customer the cost" of buying boxes and so too "eliminate the hassle of disposing of them." Their removals charge more than covers the cost of replacement boxes and yet they fail to fulfil their claim that they both "drop the boxes at your location and pick them up after your move." The road team are personable, they willingly serve customers whereas Jay regards customers as an inconvenience means to his Bling... HeLuvsCoercion and avoids responsibility.
