Hello, Osmosis had developed in our hot tub. Upon reporting this to the company, they promptly agreed to replace the hot tub at no cost. This replacement included everything: the hot tub itself, the built-in technology, the steps, the filter box, and the drink holder. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. The support technician was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and addressed all of my questions. That's what true customer support looks like. It's rare these days, but invaluable.
