Particularly stressful return journey from Sweden as the staff at Heathrow terminal five were completely hopeless when one of the luggage conveyors stopped prematurely leaving our luggage the wrong side of the barrier.This was the first time I had used this taxi service And, having agreed a pick up time, I was very surprised that the driver patiently waited for nearly an hour for us to get through this particular setback. He was courteous and drove beautifully. Couldn’t have been happier.
