I purchased a plugin with a lifetime license (seemingly just as they transitioned their business model to a subscription based model). I was pleasantly surprised that they are very quick to reply, very knowledgeable, and have a built in features for troubleshooting!They have even made something to allow users to toggle on a switch, and provide them with the generated link, which then grants them temporary access to the site for quick fixes - directly from the plugin developers themselves! This type of real-time support is priceless and I couldn't ask for a better experience!I submitted a support ticket, which resulted in him asking for access to further debug it himself. I also provided a debug.log file for their reference, since the app was website when certain icons loaded (or trying to be loaded). Within 20 minutes, they had received my message, responded asking for me to email the log file (as their site only allows image uploads) and then logged in through the Dev access I provided. After only about 30 minutes from initial contact, they logged in, fixed the icons, and made the site more reliable and robust in the meantime!
