I bought my first ever toys from there and I absolutely love them ! The designs are so great and cute, exactly what I dreamt about. They also feel awesome, way better than I could imagine. Weredog was my introduction to silicone toys and it is my favourite shop ever !!
At first, I ordered a Made To Order toy and I was surprised by how fast I received it (4 working days of wait before having it in hands). But the production time may differ during sales, expect 4 to 5 weeks of wait.
They are discreet when it comes to shipping (though, customs may write "silicone sculpture" in small on the sticker) and the content of the box is hidden with wrapping, so you don't have to worry if a roommate / relative accidentally opens your parcel.
The customer support is helpful and fast. They answered to my tickets within 48 hours, even to the ones I did not expect to get an answer to. They also are very transparent, they informed me about the time I should expect when I noticed that my second order was taking longer than announced, and they gave me a detailed explanation about why some colours may not be available in Made-To-Order requests.
The only downside is the lack of customisation options (fades are not possible to request and white colour is no longer available). But the available colourations are great already, so I stick with them.
It's a shame UK left EU because I have to pay ridiculous taxes and import fees in my country. I would love to order more toys from there (if not the entire shop) but I will have to save and to wait for sales until next year.
If you're looking for high quality fantasy toys that are cute and not too realistic (a personal turn off with many furry toys manufacturers), definitely check this shop. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for existing !!
