I hired them for my apartment, and it has been a major letdown each time. They are seldom punctual, and when they do arrive, their attitude ranges from indifferent to downright rude. They hastily complete their tasks, leaving much of the space untouched and far from 'spotless.' Instead of simplifying my life, their service has increased my stress as I find myself cleaning up after them. Not worth the cost or the trouble.
