I used to run and workout and then I had a health issue which meant I couldn’t run anymore. My strength and muscle tone had decreased significantly so I needed something to build myself back up. I’ve been doing we shape for about 10 months. I love it! There is positive energy from coach Tyler when you do the work out. There are options to go lower or higher in that particular movement, as your body isn’t constantly the same. I love the physical checking in with the AI generator so if my body improved, the program would note that and provide different movements to continue getting my body moving in a positive way.
