The approach and content is very realistic and doable. Movement exercises vary from session to session. I would prefer to have the warmup movements to also vary. When watcching on a phone it sometimes is challenging to see the changes made in the scale up/scale down alternatives. Thus some verbal description would he helpful.
Coaches are encouraging and supportive. The content principles and perspective can be applied to more than adding exercise (I like exercising so don't see it as a "4 letter word" thus universally substitute "movement") to improve physical wellbeing. They apply to mental health issues as well.
