ALMOST got scammed… but God willing protected me. I received the contract to sign got the loan from bank approved to proceed $6,995. Went over contract and sooo many RED FLAGS! Called and spoke to rep he reassured me it was not a scam. I let him know I needed more time to review and THANK THE Lord I did! I called our timeshare Bluegreen and explained my situation and they transferred me to a exit department 1-833-638-3948 (Bluegreen) and they gave me three options: 1. you can try selling your timeshare, which we know we can’t give our timeshares away.2. go through their company, which was Pinnacle for Bluegreen and they will try to sell it on their website and you have to pay a fee which I did and of course it did not sell.3. it’s called a RELIEF PROGRAM. You have to pay 18 months of maintenance fees so mine was $1664.10 and I am out of the contract!!!!! I no longer am an owner of this nightmare timeshare. People it took me less then 10min on the phone. And received the signed exit contract 2wks later!This company was gonna charge me $6995 to do absolutely nothing. But write a letter and ask if I can terminate the contract. While I’m paying monthly maintenance fees till they resolve settlement.I am so sick inside of how this world is. I really felt good with these people but guys this is another scam just like a Timeshare and I am so saddened by this. I know that God knows who these people are and don’t waste your time watching their video at the beginning explaining how he sold timeshares and he felt they were taking ADVANTAGE of people so that’s why he started this group to do the SAME thing to people! Justice will be served when there time on earth is up.
