Wesley Financial Group came through on every promise that they made. The conditions were quite clear before I signed and I knew what to expect. My resolution specialist was excellent – she was always available and gave me valuable advice. I do agree with other clients regarding the price – when resolution takes only a few months as opposed to a couple or more years, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate. I contacted WFG in October of 2023, and my case was resolved in February of 2024. However, they do promise to stick by you for life if any future issues should arise with your timeshare company.
