If you do your part in the program they will help you end your nightmare. I thought it was a little pricey. But compare to being stuck in a timeshare for every this was well worth it. Tony Maldonado was patient polite and walk me through the program and then He transfer me to Alex Wood who was the best in helping me get the right stuff to the right people. He had a very open email & phone line to address all and any concerns. The whole staff is friendly and will help with all your concern. It took us about 9 months, but I'm timeshare free.
