Starting out, I thought the process would be difficult and take a prolonged period of time. However, my Resolution Specialist Hailey Hancock was more than helpful and assured me that the process would be simple. She also informed me that the only thing that would be time consuming was the amount of time it would take to get a response from the timeshare company. Hailey was correct, the bulk of the time was me waiting for a response from the timeshare. Hailey responded to my inquiries within 24 hours and very prompt with instructions for my next steps in the process.
