Wesley Financial Group exceeded our expectations in service, processes, and communication. They how things down to a science with well-trained employees who seem to have the same passion as the founder. We met the criteria for helping us get out of our timeshare which luckily didn't take too long. The pricing was a set price that can be paid all at once or a flexible to you/them plan over time. If they are unsuccessful in getting rid of the timeshare, then they pay you back. If no, you pay the full price regardless if it is a few months to resolve or a few years. This is a bit unfair to the cases that take a short time with minimal employee effort which was the case for us. I do think they should be more flexible that if it solved within X months, then you receive a partial refund. Still, we are happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone wanting to get out of their timeshare.
