honestly told they do not legally represent me, yet first contact was from a lawyer. said i needed to keep payments on this contract, and I needed to send them the emails before sending to H.I.C.V., plus I could never mention thier involvement in the process. H.I. comitted fraud by double billing for maintenace fees, never received response, they placed my deceased step-mother onto the account, no response, and wesley never looked into it for proper reply. have found out after the fact, I could have gotton out by the legal process of 30 days to void contract for failure of meeting of minds, yes H.I. does lie, and have fraud by ommision in these contracts. every email was requested to have a 30 day wait period for response, have only received 1 reply from H.I., saying we should have cancelled within 6 days, so we are stuck. wesley must receive a portion of the payments to pad thier pockets more. whole timeshare industry is a scam and lie. please state representatives, please stop this, and courts please investigate.
