That’s when I decided to call them. It was a hard decision to make in the beginning because the last thing I wanted to do is to spend more money. We negotiated a figure and I signed on the dotted line. I will admit it will seemed a little slow in the beginning. It was probably just me getting sick of Diamond/Hilton and worried it wasn’t going to work.It seemed to me like nothing was going on, even though I kept sending in stuff that Diamond/Hilton had sent me. So come to find out Wesley financial group was in the background preparing letters and coaching tips for me in case I was contacted by Diamond/Hilton. By the time they contacted me, Wesley financial group had me 100% prepared for the conversation and how to interact with the timeshare thieves. I felt very confident because I had a pre-written script. Diamond/Hilton was also sent a letter prepared by Wesley financial group on behalf of me stating my demands. This went on for a couple of months and a few conversations with Diamond/Hilton. Every single time Wesley financial group had me well prepared.After about six or seven months Diamond/Hilton sent me a letter stating they were releasing me from everything and all past due money.
