The process was a little slow getting started and was essentially providing me with correspondence to send the timeshare and other entities. The timeshare Co kept saying they did not have a buy back program but after 18 months of pestering them they offered a buyback that cost us a buyout fee. It will absolve us of the timeshare and in the long run worked. We had tried to sell the property earlier and found that there was no interest, even at a near give away price.
