Their promises are true. We had our timeshare for almost 20 years. It was paid off. There was a fee, but when you consider you would be paying that for a year or so anyways in maintenance fees vs getting rid of it permanently, for us it was a no brainer. First, we had a basic initial call with people in Tennessee. They were friendly and answered a few questions and sent us a few emails. Again, they assured us if they took us on as a client they would be able to get rid of it.With a daughter heading off to college soon, it's something we had to do.Long story short, they kept all of their agreements. We didn't have to be a middle man so to speak...Wesley did all the ugly work. We just responded to their emails and they did all the work for us on that end. It was virtually painless. Our timeshare was paid off though. I have heard this process may be different if your timeshare is not paid off. Not sure (?).You do have to check and respond to their emails timely for the process to go well. That is basically it. Would highly recommend.
