I have had nothing but a great experience working with them, especially with my Resolution Specialist, Ms. Brandi S. She is excellent about responding to emails within 24 hours and answers any questions I had. Even when I had to contact the Billing Department, my interaction with Ms. Ginger W was above and beyond. Everyone there is great to work with.
